Guelph Police Search for Missing Man

Web posted on December 28, 2012

The Guelph Police Service would like to remind our media partners that Wayne RUTLEDGE is still missing. "With the cool weather upon us, we have concerns for Wayne's safety and would encourage Wayne and/or anyone who knows of his whereabouts to call us immediately," commented Sgt. Doug Pflug.

On December 16, 2012, Edward RUTLEDGE attended the station to report his 37-year-old son Wayne RUTLEDGE was missing and has not been seen since December 11, 2012.

Wayne RUTLEDGE is described as: Male, white 5'11" 155lbs, thin build, with short brown hair and blue eyes. He does not have a vehicle, and is known to frequent the Old Quebec Street Mall. This has become increasingly worrisome with the onset of winter weather. Given the totality of the circumstances, there is a genuine concern for his safety.

The Guelph Police Service would like to speak to anyone who may have further information that may assist in this investigation. If you have information, please contact Detective Constable Scott WRIGHT of the Guelph Police Service at (519) 824-1212 extension 330 or Detective Constable Jeff TAYLOR at extension 333.
